I have a Tempur-pedic foam mattress, and although it helps me a great deal with my back problem, I cannot get a good nights sleep with it, because it traps the heat from my body and I wake up too warm every night. I will have to get something else to sleep on.

I own both the Tempur Pedic and latex mattress. I also purchased the adjustable Tempur Pedic base. The latex is a little bit better. I suffer from back aches in the morning. When I sleep on the latex mattress I don't. Just so you know, I have a firm latex with a 2" soft latex topper surrounded by the quilted case.
