IMPORTANT: Read this note before you begin to assemble or disassemble the frame. When you assemble the bed frame, be sure to support the ends of the bed rails horizontally as you insert them into the head and foot boards. Keep them horizontal with the ground; don't ever let one end fall to the ground. If you let one end fall to the ground at an angle while they are inserted into either the head or foot board, the weight of the rails is strong enough to burst out of the top of the areas in which they were inserted.
