If you are contacting us about an order you placed: We want to answer your questions quickly and provide you with prompt service. To help us do this, it is important that you enter your telephone number and order number below.

We are happy to send you some of our foam samples, but please limit your list to your top six choices. Note that our sample pieces are small (approximately 1"x2") and are usually not adequate for making decisions about firmness, because small pieces of foam always feel much softer in your hand than when cut into larger shapes such as a cushion or mattress. However, our samples will give you an idea of the quality, texture, and general make-up of the foam. If you require larger samples, please place an order. Samples are sent via first class mail.

Please allow 7–14 days before expecting your samples to arrive. If you require your samples expedited, please include your FedEx or UPS account number and your desired shipping speed. If you are in a rush, please follow up with a phone call after submitting your request.
