I bought this foam cushion for an old wing back chair. The upholstery had held up nicely but the original cushion was flat, with rusty springs! I used the measurement chart and got a perfect new cushion that fit the chair perfectly. I ordered medium-firm and it gives excellent support. I wanted to tell you how pleased I was, so thank you for the chance to offer a review. Mostly, it was so fulfilling to be able to restore an old, favorite chair.

The custom-cut foam cushion (bolster) was cut accurately and put together according to my measurements, the foam itself is accurately medium in firmness, and the order came fairly quickly and was well-packed and undamaged. Customer service was great also: I had a question about the sizing that was answered with a friendly, helpful email within 24 hours. Great company. I will be ordering more latex foam from them in the future.
