It is abit scary to order new seat cushions for your couch over the internet. That is a big expense to make a mistake. The firmness was my biggest issue. They have all the stats with who will be sitting on the cushion most of the time to achieve the correct firmness. They were right on. I called and talked a couple times to help with my decision. I had new cushions for my couch in about 3 weeks. They are very nice. We can actually get up off the couch. Now I am looking at my other couch downstairs.

Our original sofa and loveseat cushions no longer provided good support but our furniture frame was still fine. These replacement cushions are perfect. As long as you follow the instructions provided for measuring, you will receive the perfect replacement.

I was looking to replace 6 year old down cushion inserts with something that would be firmer and more supportive for my lower back. I had developed back pain after transitioning from work to home and my cushions just weren’t cutting it any more. I found the instructions for how to measure easy to follow, though I wish you could just enter the cushion cover measurement and the company do the math for adding or subtracting based on the foam you selected. The cushion arrived within 14 days of placing my order and were vacuum packed. They did off gas a little, but it was totally bare able and not overpowering. The cushions were a little difficult to get into my covers, particularly where the core foam was exposed. (I chose a partial wrap of the outer batting). I will like make some muslin covers for the foam the next time I clean the cushion covers. All and all, would purchase from this company again.

The team there is great! I needed cushions for our couch. The existing cushions looked complicated - two pieces slightly different sized glued together and wrapped. They told me how to specify that in the order and got it delivered in a week. Perfect fit!
