I received my custom order and the foam cut was too small. Though the foam had been laid out for nearly a week the order was clearly 3inches short from what was ordered. The company refused to refund me, I had to pay for return shipping and charged a restocking fee then given store credit. Would not recommend this company unless you want a poorly done job that you pay a lot of money for.

(Especially for an odd shaped cushion; your measuring directions were easy to follow) I am super pleased with my replacement order for a West Elm chair. I took a risk and picked the firmest cushion (and it is definitely firm) but I know that it will last.
