Replacement cushions for sofa

I ordered 3 cushions for my sofa that were getting a little flat. The price was fair, and the time frame was excellent. The middle cushion turned out to be about 2 inches short in depth and all 3 were at least 2 inches to thin. Very well could have been my measuring. Even if they would have fit properly they were so stiff I could not have been comfortable. I discarded them and next time will go to a local upholster.

Replacement sofa seat cushions

The new cushions fit perfectly and were easy to put in. The sofa looks brand new! The help I got in measuring for the new cushios was great!

Sizing WAY off

We spent a long time going over measurements. The cushions that arrived were more than two inches too long, and more than an inch too thick. It was impossible to even begin to fit them into the casings. A total loss. On top of that, customer "service" was woefully inadequate.

240lb man, the V54 is the way to go.

The OEM couch cushions never really last for me. I'm a creature of habit, and tend to sit in the same spot. After a couple months when you sit down and bottom out the couch.... Time for something firmer. I lay on my side and flip flop which side my head is resting, but I wear out normal couch cushions like crazy. My last pair of the V56s lasted me for four years and were still like new until a ceiling collapse broke the couch under them. I'd suggest getting the full Dacron wrap vs bookend, makes putting the cover on easier in my experience. Good product, you get what you pay for and then some. Might replace the back rest cushions next and try out the custom cover option!

Custom Cushion is a Step Above

A dense custom cushion takes a couple of days of sitting on it for an hour or two to break it in. It did not take as long as I imagined to break it in. Then you have that cradling effect of your hips sinking-down slightly into the foam, which gives your back support. There is a big difference in the substance of the foam, in the density of the foam between quality custom foam and a store-bought cushion. My cushion is 3-inches thick. I am nowhere near bottoming-out against the chair's hard wooden seat.
