While I followed the online directions and even spoke with customer care representatives to inquire about accuracy and concerns, the cushions arrived too thick and large- larger than the pattern. It might be helpful to have had a sample of the foam- but a small sample does not well represent a solid larger piece. It might have worked better if I could have just sent the cover to them. IT will be interesting to see if guests find the chairs more comfortable...with over stuffed firm pads...

We bought custom cushions for a leather sofa and oversized chair as the cushions were shot. I measured as instructed on the website and placed my order. I received a confirmation and approximate ship date range as well as updates when production began and when the cushions were shipped (tracking information was included)--ALL WITHIN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATED DATES. The cushions arrived on the first day of the date range. They were well constructed and wrapped in dacron. It took some effort to get them into the covers but they went in. I ordered firm cushions. Once on the sofa and chair they looked and felt like new. The lot wasn't cheap, but less expensive than replacing the furniture and WELL WORTH IT! Tip: I ordered rounded corners and couldn't get the end tabs in the cover. When I looked at my existing cushions after they were out I saw that they were square cut corners. I cut square corners on the foam and then they went right in. I would recommend you remove your current cushion to be sure you order the correct shape. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Again, WELL WORTH THE MONEY AND EFFORT!

I was extremely pleased with my order of foam! The replacement cushions are fabulous on my couch. The ease of ordering with the detailed instructions for measuring my custom foam cushions made it so simple. I was concerned about how long the delivery would take, but my order arrived less than a week. I could not be more pleased and would recommend this product to anyone wanting to replace couch cushions.
