I had an older sofa that was in a spare room and never got used. The only issue is the seat cushions didn't offer much support, and I was on the verge of getting a new couch. A friend said "its in great shape as far as the base and upholstery, why not just get some new cushions and swap the covers over?" I wasn't even aware you could custom order foam with batting. Found this website and followed the measuring instructions and ordered a couple cushions. They arrived, I unpacked them and let the sit a couple days to expand. Swapped the covers over and bingo...news couch! Order was timely and accurate. Thanks.

These custom cut foam replacement cushions for the sofa were just what I was looking for. The old cushions had gotten too soft quite a few months ago; you would sink down too much and that made it a little harder to get up off the couch. Based on the information I gave, the V44 foam was recommended by the person at FoamOrder as the one that would fit what I wanted. And they were correct. The V44 has the right amount of firmness. They have a bit of give to make it comfortable but are also firm enough you don't sink down. And it's easier to get up off the couch now. They were cut to the measurements given and fit right into the old covers with no problem.

I ordered two replacement foam cushions, using the live support to assist with the measurements. The two cushions needed to be of equal size. Unfortunately, one is 2 inches shorter than the other, and the cut is a little lopsided. Very much a shame and makes me wonder who is checking the quality of the work at the end of the manufacturing process to ensure accuracy and quality. I expect to be able to return the defective cushion and not pay shipping or a restocking fee as the error was not of my making. I also expect to receive a correct replacement, also without paying anything additional than what I have already paid. One of the two fits properly and I am keeping it.
