I ordered 2 custom cut foam inserts to put over some down filled cushions. Steve at the Foam Shop made a pattern from the existing cushions for the foam inserts. When I got the foam inserts, they fit perfectly into the existing chair covers! Thank you, Steve for your help!

I needed to replace a seat cushion in an upholstered armchair. The information provided on the website to show how to measure the cushion was very helpful. The cushion fit like a charm. Also, the information about the density of the foam and recommended book cover wrap was very useful.

We replaced the foam in both the seat and the back of two custom made chairs living room swivel chair. It had to be right. Not close, but exactly right so we made a template and sent it to Foamorder. After two weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted the company and was able to speak to Sheppard who was in charge of the custom order process. No one could find our template even though we had a signature via FedEx. After two more weeks of searching, we gave up. What happened next? About five days later, I received a notification that 20 lbs. of something was coming from Foamorder to us in Idaho. The package arrived in great shape, we put the foam into the covering and then into the seat covers and they are perfect. Perfect fit, perfect firmness (as suggested by the web site) and we are enjoying the chairs again. Bottom line is the people at Foamorder never gave up in trying to complete our order. They went way above and beyond what companies usually do. I cannot recommend them more highly. Great people, precision workmanship and they put the customer first.
