I ordered several custom size cushions to replace the originals on our worn out sofa. The online assistance to help me measure what I needed was super helpful. The order was processed and turned around quickly. When the cushions arrived they fit perfectly. Can do better than that. These guys are great!

I ordered 3 cushions for my sofa that were getting a little flat. The price was fair, and the time frame was excellent. The middle cushion turned out to be about 2 inches short in depth and all 3 were at least 2 inches to thin. Very well could have been my measuring. Even if they would have fit properly they were so stiff I could not have been comfortable. I discarded them and next time will go to a local upholster.

We spent a long time going over measurements. The cushions that arrived were more than two inches too long, and more than an inch too thick. It was impossible to even begin to fit them into the casings. A total loss. On top of that, customer "service" was woefully inadequate.
