Process was fairly easy and now I don't sink in the sofa! I love my sofa so I didn't want a new one, but the old cushions needed to be changed out.

We are happy with our two custom cut foam cushions. The replacements fit well inside the seat covers and provide the firm support we need. So glad we were able to save our chairs after the old seat cushions became uncomfortably soft.

Not exactly cut the way I wanted but that appears to be from a miscommunication on one cut (that wasn't done) and how the "bookend" dacron was wrapped. However once I made the needed cut the products fit into their covers. The foam itself was a big step up from the foam it replaced. I look forward to trying it out this summer.

CANNOT USE THIS ITEM THEY SENT ME A CUSHION TOO THICK WHEN I CALLED THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH TOLD ME I COULD USE IT.WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THEY SENT ME THE WRONG THICKNESS,HE SAID NOTHING HE COULD DO AND HUNG UP ON ME.NEVER WILL RECOMMEND YOUR CO.TO ANYBODY.
