I have two leather couches that are 10+ years old that had recently become uncomfortable due to the foam in the cushions reaching the end of its life. I bought 6 foam cushions from FoamOrder and it has dramatically changed their comfort. It’s like they’re brand new! Well worth the purchase.

The cushions are ok, but the dacron wrap didn't do a good job of softening the sharp corners, and the shape was not as plush as my original cushions. In fact, I discovered the original cushions ($3K custom couch) had beveled corners on the foam to get the plush look. I added another layer of poly batting to the extra- firm foam get the look I wanted. I also re-used the old cushion foam cover to slip it into the upholstered cover easily. So, they should offer beveling and/or double dacron wrap, IMO.

I ordered this foam after thoroughly reading the FO website. It came quickly and was PERFECTLY cut. Somebody even called to clarify my special instructions. My only wish is that they would have called me back as promised about a question that I had about some upholstery. Made some cushions for my vintage trailer. I wanted FO to make them but had to move forward with this project.

It worked perfectly. I was skeptical about sending measurements online, but the inserts fit beautifully and we have a brand new sofa and love seat!
