I replaced the bottom cushions of my couch. Sadly the foam I picked out doesn’t feel any more comfortable than the original. Might be better to do this in person to be able to feel the product and consult with an expert. I used the chat feature but didn’t get helpful answers. Always said someone would follow up but that never happened. It was a gamble!

This wasn’t cheap. It came with multiple pieces of foam that had been cut and fused together. When we sit on the cushion, we inevitably sit along one or more “seams” where the foam pieces were joined. You can easily feel this, and not in a good way. At the price point, this should absolutely be one custom cut piece of foam—sell your remnants separately.

We've had our Bassett Furniture brand couch for 7 years and finally decided to replace the seat cushions, which had become incredibly unsupportive and mushy over the years. I found FoamOrder through a quick Google search and was excited to see that they offered custom cut foam and seemed to be a safe company to work with. I measured according to the website's instructions and, luckily, the existing foam had a label on it with the foam size too (which was slightly larger than what I measured)--I doublechecked with customer service and they recommended going with the label size and that was perfect. It was easy to order, the foam shipped quickly, and the foam was ready-to-go right out of the packaging. Our seat cushions are comfortably firm and supportive and the foam seems like it will last quite a while, plus our couch looks so much better.
