Although “custom cut” after careful measuring, cushion covers look loose and sloppy. Foam not firm. I’ll still end up going to upholsterer to really fix my cushions. Poor choice on my part.

The window seat cushion fabric and cover are great, made to my measurements..the foam is still short by nearly 2 inches in width. I contacted but was not provided a corrected order. Will not use them again, stay local so when there are errors you can show up in prison and demand a corrected order, In

I ordered 4 custom replacement cushions. There was a question about one of the cushions and the company called me for clarification. When the cushions arrived, they fit perfectly! I am very pleased with this product.
