The cushion I received was much. If her than the dimensions I ordered. It will not fit into the cover. Much too big and hard to squeeze into the existing cover

I ordered replacement foam for 3 couch seat cushions. Measuring instructions on the website were clear and easy to follow. Delivery was on tome within 3 weeks. I was a little concerned that we might have trouble fitting the new foam into the cushion covers, as it immediately puffed up when we opened the packaging. But it was easy and the difference in comfort is amazing! Our 15-year old couch feels brand new!

The delivery time and packaging were great. Given the machining methods available today I thought the length and width dimensions could have been closer. The thickness also varied, not much but a little. They were softer than I expected but that may have been my fault for not understanding the standard used for gauging firmness.

I had 4 cushions made for my camper van. They will do double duty both as seat cushion and the sleeping mattress. The Sunbrella fabric has a nice feel and will hopefully have a long life. The EverFlex V54 medium firm foam works well for both sitting and sleeping. The cushion covers and foam all fit together very nicely. Although it took a bit longer than I had hoped, the cushions were delivered in the time frame that was given when I placed the order.
