I ordered two custom-cut foam cushions to improve my existing sofa. I followed FoamOrder's very clear measuring instructions exactly, and went with a Firm foam based on their description. My cushions are nearly perfect. Despite my measurements, the little "L" tab on the front corner of each cushion wasn't cut quite long enough, but I fixed that by adding some of the Dacron from my old cushions. After 48 hours, the new foam had expanded just enough that the little L tabs were fully poofed. The density of this foam (EverFlex V44) is perfect for me -- I finally feel like I am sitting "on" my sofa instead of "in" it. I was very nervous outlaying that kind of cash to buy a measured custom product over the internet, but I am very happy with the result. Will recommend.

My foam was cut a little short. The company told me to wait a week because it expands. It did expand a bit, but was short an inch and a half. The company acknowledged their error and promptly addressed the issue. The is company has the gold standard for customer service, the foam is quality too.

I choose Foamorder.com because they have the most helpful descriptions of the differences between the different types and densities. The goal was to firm up a too soft couch cushion. The foam is perfect and it was cut to the exact size I needed. I am comfortable on my couch once more.

I replaced the foam in the bottom seat cushions of two chairs that see a lot of use. The new foam fit perfectly, was fairly easy to install, and the chairs feel better than new. I’m very happy with the results.
