I ordered two replacement foam cushions, using the live support to assist with the measurements. The two cushions needed to be of equal size. Unfortunately, one is 2 inches shorter than the other, and the cut is a little lopsided. Very much a shame and makes me wonder who is checking the quality of the work at the end of the manufacturing process to ensure accuracy and quality. I expect to be able to return the defective cushion and not pay shipping or a restocking fee as the error was not of my making. I also expect to receive a correct replacement, also without paying anything additional than what I have already paid. One of the two fits properly and I am keeping it.

A saggy back cushion was making my large armchair look sloppy, which meant the living room always looked sloppy too. I'm not sure why I felt more confident ordering a foam replacement from Foam Order online than I was to visit an upholsterer in person -- maybe I was just too lazy to leave the house -- but I sent in measurements of the irregular shaped cushion. A few weeks later, the insert arrived. It fit perfectly and makes the chair look brand new. I told my friends that Foam Order made me feel like a genius.

When I opened them and removed the vacuum seal plastic, there was an empty Lays chip bag in between the two pieces of foam..I find that very unsanitary and disturbing. Someone should be held responsible as I’m sure that could lead to a very bad reputation for business if this possibly happens again to someone else. However, the cushions fit and were exactly what I ordered which is why I’m giving at least 2 stars. Still very disappointed in the circumstances.

The best way to preserve a favorite piece of furniture is to keep the cushioning in good condition. Foam Order did a great and accurate job of recreating my loveseat cushions so that I have that familiar comfort once again.
