Foam and Dacron wrap was exactly as specified. Measurements I submitted were done perfectly. I added a bit to the dimensions to fill upholstered cushion covers. Foam arrived within time projection and wrapped very well in a box. We are very happy to be able to have replaced the 23 year old saggy foam. The cushions are like new!

The cushions in our couch were getting saggy so we decided to replace them. We've never ordered custom foam before but the website made the process easy. The foam shipped within the stated window (3-14 days I believe) and the pieces appear to be high quality and accurately cut. They didn't have a strong smell but we still let them air out for 24 hours before putting the cushion covers on them. They fit perfectly into our covers and now our couch is much more comfortable. So, this was a good experience from start to finish. Thank you!

The everflex 44 foam fit the old feather cushions well. It is really firm so next time I would go softer. They do change the shape so it won’t fill up the seat space like the feather cushions did. But I really appreciate not having to vacuum feathers and fluff up cushions every day. Much more economical than replacing a whole couch.

I had a bench built in my kitchen. I wanted to sew the seat covers from the same fabric as my curtains. I needed two seat cushions for that. I also decided that because my couch's back cushions were filled with very soft pliable stuffing, I might as well order a 2 inch cushion that would be a firm backing to that soft filling. So I measured and ordered 4 cushions total, two back and two seat. I'm really into reusing and recycling. About two weeks after I ordered, I realized that I had an old foam futon that I could have taken apart and used as the seat cushions for the kitchen. I wrote to Foamorder to ask if I could cancel the seat cushions only. They got back to me and said that if the order was not cut yet, they would accomodate my request. I was happily surprised that they would try. It turns out that they had cut the order and sent it out. But they info crossed in the mail because they also told me they would refund me for the cushions I didn't want. I received the originally ordered 4 cushions. I was ready to send two back because they had already refunded me. But they were such good quality that I decided to keep them all. (easier than taking apart the old futon). I emailed and explained that I wanted to keep all cushions and they should charge me for them. They were so nice that when they re-charged me for the cushions, they gave me 10% off for the misunderstanding. Oh... and I also got an original 10% of because of a promo code. Given the excellent customer service and great quality of the product, I highly recommend FoamOrder for your cushion needs.

I had a little trepidation after opening the box to find the foam so tightly bound as to be seriously compressed. But remove the wrap and POOF, the foam went immediately to its shape. They fit the sofa seat cushion covers perfectly (tight fit) and are very comfortable after a week of use.
