Most concerning that upon opening the box and inspecting the material i am and remain quite a bit disappointed. All the foam was a 1/2 wider (5.5” vs the requested 5”) than ordered. The longer sections were pieced together at approximately the half way point of the foam. Although i would understand the need if they were extra long but I feel 60” is not all that long. Lastly, whomever glued the halves together did not take the time to align the two halves leaving a very defined offset at the glued points. Of which i spent well over an hour of my time making sure the seams were not visible and tailoring the ends of the oversized cushions. I feel the order was rushed at some point towards the end process. The pieces are not indicative of a well constructed foam cushion that I anticipated and expected.

Directions on site re how to measure foam cushion size were perfect! Very pleased that I ordered the EverFlex 54 foam. The firmness is great and has totally rid my back from the pain caused by old cushions. Thank you for the quality and quick turnaround. Happy Holidays!

I ordered 2 different kinds of foam, each cut to the same shape. The 2 I received were an absolute perfect match, and all the cuts were perpendicular, neat and flawless. The foam was perfectly clean (even though foam rubber is a dust magnet!) and odorless. And they came promptly. If only other online sellers were like this!

I own and operate a home interior workroom. Usually my customers want new fabric on their furniture. Recently a customer needed new, firmer foam for their sofa. I sent FoamOrder.com the measurements of 9 pieces and paper pattern for 2 odd shaped pieces. It took longer than anticipated, but the outcome was worth the wait. I will use them again.
