The process of ordering replacement foam for our club chairs was very easy. I drew out the pattern of the cushions and based on other info I read, I added 1/2” to the length and width. I ordered medium firm foam because they are seat cushions and we like support and were so tired of sinking in. The cushions arrived in good time and they fit perfect. Every time we sit down we’re amazed how comfortable our chairs are now. Thank you for offering such great products and service!

I needed new couch seat cushions. Mine were no longer firm and because I was sinking into them I was having back pains. I found this company on line, read the measuring instructions and then called to be sure I had done it correctly. The representative was friendly and answered all of my questions and even found me a free shipping coupon. The price was reasonable for 3 new firm seat cushions with batting. My order was estimated to take 3 weeks to reach me in NY from California but arrived in just 2 weeks. The seat cushions are perfect! Nice and firm so that I sitting on top of the cushions without sinking into them (Female 127 lbs). My back feels great and I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

I purchased two foam cushions to replace my 20-plus-year-old couch cushions. I selected natural latex, medium firm. The cushions are great. (I probably would have been happy with the slightly firmer choice too.) I'm planning on ordering another of the same for a chair. Glad to have found this place. And, the video on how to measure my cushions so as to know what size to order, and using batting around the cushions was super helpful in keeping me from ordering the wrong thing. Yay !
