I was hesitant to purchase new couch cushions online, but the business has a good BBB rating. I am very pleased with the outcome. I purchased foam with down envelopes, I would have preferred for them to have come already assembled, but I appreciate that the foam was not flat vacuum packed, and I didn't have to wait for it to rise and have to deal with any issues. They are comfy and were a good price.

I ordered two bed wedges 19 inches high, 16 inches deep and 24 inches wide. One was the exact dimensions ordered, and the second one was up to a half inch off in two dimensions. This was not a big issue for me because the dimensions were close enough, and I had not yet ordered custom covers for them, however this lack of precision or even the lack of quality assurance by the people that cut the foam shows me a serious lack of quality control that would have me seriously considering ordering from them again.

I am having to return all the foam. This is a big hassle and expense. It is the size ordered but my couch had dimensional stuffed cushions and could not be replaced by simple square cushions with wrap as advised by my foamorder salesperson. The product is high quality and i am trying again with my store credit. Even though the video assures that there is help figuring out your cushion needs it is ultimately buyer beware.
