Website was very helpful in choosing the correct size replacement sofa cushions. The firmness selection was a little tricky. Customer service was quick and efficient.

The product was EXACTLY what I ordered, unfortunately, I didn't measure properly so what I got was about 10-15% too big for my chair. I rather amateurishly used a bread knife (as shown on youtube) to right-size the cushion for our chair. Next time I will follow the measuring guidelines more closely and understand what I am doing.

I called first, told sales girl look I wanted & I got the opposite! I reviewed how to measure with her & that wasn’t right. I wanted soft & squishy & got hard & stiff back cushion. Will be calling company to see what can be done.
