When I was looking for a cover for an existing foam pad, I picked this site because of their large fabric selection and multiple finishing options. I am 100% satisfied with the product and the service I received. The fabric I selected was an the high end, cost-wise, and a rep from the company contacted me to verify the quote for fabric plus sewing prior to charging me and proceeding with the order. I picked a non-piped edge, as shown in the photo, and am very please with the quality of the fabric, the appearance, and the fit of the cover. Because I already had a foam pad, I ordered only the fabric cover, and the finished cover was exactly to my specifications. It looks really fantastic and worth every penny.

We ordered five cushions for a bench seating element. The order was placed in-store (Marin, CA), and an automated order receipt was emailed with the cushion dimensions, quantities, and recommended fabric quantities. This receipt is extremely difficult to decipher and resulted in us ordering nearly double the amount of fabric as was required. Then the order was delayed for over TWO MONTHS. The company repeatedly failed to provide updates on the order, and we had to call once a week to hear repeatedly that there was no update or reason for the delay. When the cushions were finally delivered, they were lumpy, the covers didn't fit snugly, and they were 1" thicker than expected. The company clarified that the width was actually measured at the cushion edge, which was correct, but until that point had failed to notify us that they would be significantly thicker at the center. This resulted in a poorly fitting product in the bench. The only offering of remediation the company gave to us was for free delivery instead of in-store pickup. I would recommend against using FoamOrder due to lead times, quality issues and extremely poor communication.
