I received the order in the expected time. One on the foam cushions was too long. I emailed them and a representative emailed me immediately and rectified the situation. All other companies should take lessons on customer service. They were polite, responsive and issued an immediate resolution. The quality of the product (foam and covers) is also EXCELLENT.

I ordered a custom foam cushion and cover for a long window seat. Everything came exactly as ordered, within the timeline specified for custom orders.
