I wanted to upgrade my mattress by adding a layer on latex. FoamOrder really delivered... the lady I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, the delivery was on time, and the product seems great. Nicely done!

We built our own organic foam mattress and we used this foam for the final soft memory foam like top layer. We bought one at a time until we had the perfect comfort, three .9” layers, approximately 3”. I wish they had other foam sizes, firmnesses and mattress covers, I need to build another mattress for our camper.

After months of researching materials and lying on mattresses, I finally decided on a firm foam base with a firm latex topper. I called Foam Order, talked to Lisa, explained what I was after and she suggested the extra firm topper instead. I was reluctant. I knew my ILDs (firmness ratings). So did she. While I thought they were equal, she knew that they weren't. "Apples to oranges" she'd say about comparing firmnesses of foam to latex. Deciding she was the expert, I went with her suggestion, extra firm. I'm glad I did. She was right. I want firm, springy and supportive. What I want is the bed that I got and the bed that I got I got because I listened to Lisa. Btw, did I mention she was the cheapest of all the suppliers I found? She was. I got nothing but praise and appreciation for this woman and her company. Well done.

To all the people here complaining about minor customer service glitches (for the record, they offered stellar service when I bought my mattress), you are missing the point! This is the only place in SF selling latex mattresses that are not drenched in toxic flame retardant chemicals that can KILL you slowly. You want slick sales, go to Mancini's and get your carcinogenic PentaBDE soaked foam. But if you care about your and your children's health, I highly recommend giving this place a chance. They are professional and super flexible with returns, and offer a great, natural product. What more do you want?

Despite exercising regularly and using an inversion table, I have nonetheless suffered from back pain most of my adult life. Getting more than 1 1/2 - 2 hours of continuous sleep per night became a rarity for me. But that was BEFORE my memory foam mattress arrived! I am now sleeping soundly for 4 hours straight--only awakening an average of once per eight hour sleep cycle. While that might not seem like any big deal for most folks, it was a virtual miracle in my life. Thank you foamorder.com for providing my miracle at such an affordable price. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase!
