I purchased this mattress topper for my freshman daughter and it was worth every penny. Her roommates had purchased other mattress toppers, but they were cheaply made and nowhere near as comfortable. They are very jealous. I would recommend getting the organic cotton cover to protect and make the sleeping surface even better. Two of my friends sending their freshman off to college heard me raving about the mattress pad and they also purchased ones for their kids before they left for college. I recommend not opening up the packaging it comes in until you get to college. It will be easier to transport.

I got a memory foam mattress pad for a very firm mattress. Now my bed is super comfortable. Perfect! Some issues I had/have: 1) I was told I could not pick the pad up at the Richmond warehouse because I couldn't fold or bend it, and it wouldn't fit in my car, so I opted for delivery (and paid extra) - it was delivered in a box, where it was rolled up. Kind of didn't make sense to me. 2) the pad is slightly bigger than my queen-size mattress, so it hangs over the mattress a little. I had to get new sheets with extra deep pockets, and I got a big fluffy comforter so that it hid the weirdly shaped mattress pad. Overall, I'm happy because my bed is very comfortable now. I think I probably would have been happier if I'd just gotten a better mattress from the start.

The "medium" Latex topper is very nice to sleep on. It lies on my "very firm" matress from Foam Order that I have had for several years. This combination gives me a great night of sleep.

The mattress was great, but my favorite thing was the customer service. They expedited my order to get it to me in time for my vacation, and were able to change the size I ordered. I think I was still charged for the extra long, despite changing it to the normal size, but I never asked for it to be fixed, so five stars!

I needed a new foam mattress topper for my bed, although I use it underneath my mattress not on top of it, to give my Tuft & Needle mattress just a little extra give and a few more inches of height. I had purchased a custom cut replacement foam core for my sofa from Foam Order a couple years ago and have been very satisfied with that, so it was an easy decision to get this from them as well. I also got the cover because they recommend it for latex foam because it tends to rip easily. After receiving it, I understand what they mean. I'd say the cover is a must-have, so I'm glad I got it. The order took about two weeks to arrive. I put the cover in my dryer for about 15 minutes just to get off any loose threads, slipped it onto the topper without much hassle and that was it. Works exactly as I had hoped it would.

I ordered a custom sized latex bed with 4" radius rounded edges for my four poster bed. The designer, Steve, really helped me out to flash out all the dimensions and choices of latex based on my and my wife's height and weight. It was delivered as per the promise. We are very happy sleeping on this bed as it is soft enough and firm to support my back. It did take us a lot of effort to put it together as the outer layer was stitched to 8.95 inches while the three latex layers were each 3 inches adding up to 9 inches. Also, the corners of the latex were square and not cut to 4 inch radius making us stuff the latex into the four corners and zip up the cover. The feel and quality of the mattress is very good but the latex should have been shaped the same way as the mattress cover was.
