Ordered my custom mattress for an antique 3/4 bed made by ancestors in 1830. Everything about the mattress is perfect. Due to circumstances created by the pandemic, the order took way too long to complete. I feel sure normal conditions would be better.

I currently sleep on a layered latex mattress I bought from a different mattress supplier. I wanted to replace the top 3 inch layer of talalay (soft density) as it wasn’t comfortable. I’ve been sleeping on it for two years and just couldn’t get comfortable. I couldn’t tell if I was sinking to the bottom or it was just still too firm even though it was Labeled soft. I’ve been wanting to try the egg crate latex topper and finally ordered one a few weeks ago. Since I sleep on a split king (inside only) mattress, I ordered a twin x-long Eggcrate and a twin 1” slab of dunlop to replace the 3” slab of talalay. I arranged the eggcrate pointy side down and the 1” slab underneath it. The height was perfect. All I can say is WOW - what a major difference! No more pain and numbness. No more tossing and turning. I feel well rested for the first time in years. I’m embarrassed that i didn’t try this sooner. I spoke to customer service before I place the order asking about the shipping times. I was assured that it was in stock would arrive at my home in two weeks time. It actually arrived in eight days in good condition. This is my second order with foam order, the first of which were pillows that I returned. The return was very easy and quick, no questions asked. I would definitely order more from foam order in the future and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Great experience both times.

Terrible communications with customer. Never could find out when my purchase would be finished. Finally decided to cancel the order. After cancelling suddenly I get a call (finally) that the mattress was ready for shipment. It took over 3 months for the order to be completed.

So very happy with this topper. The latex is the perfect density. I choice the 2" medium. I sleep on my stomach, so I don't do well with an overly soft surface. However, I also have fibromyalgia (35 years of it) and need the cushioning for the dreaded "trigger points" in my shoulders and upper back. This filled the bill! The cover is absolutely wonderful, (I got the certified Organic Cotton one, and had it prewashed (a must) before they made it, and it fits perfectly. It even adds a layer of comfort on top, as it allow the latex to perform and yet have a layer of cotton softness. It is well worth the cost. It fits perfectly, and the foam comes with the cover installed so cuts the work of having to put it on, and also assures you that it fits! With the cover installed, you can handle the topper positioning, etc. and prevent accidently tearing the foam...another great idea. Now about the vanilla smell. 1. very slight, but I could smell it. 2. I held back my enthusiasm to put it on my bed and rightfully so, as I took the advice to air out the topper (still in the cover) for 1 week. I draped it over a guest bed in a room with plenty of good air circulation and turned it every day for about 4 days, and then left it alone with sleeping side up with a floor fan aimed at it for the last three days. THE VANILLA SMELL WAS GONE. I am so happy! I have a special feather bed cover that I customized for a full size topper, and it fit perfect. This new topper lays directly on another 3 inch topper which is firmer, and can take a fitted full sheet. I use a flat sheet on my foamorder topper as it makes it perform the way I need it to. That way I can play with sheeting, which makes it all the more fun.

We are using this topper to soften our all natural bed that has an all wool mattress, another 3" med density latex topper, and another wool topper. It was sort of trial and error, otherwise we would not have so many layers. I would recommend the soft density for sure to avoid buying more layers if you're starting with a very firm bed. The best thing about this latex topper with the organic cotton cover is that there is no odor. I had multiple chemical sensitivities for quite a few years, and these latex toppers and covers were so great for me. I did ask them to pre-wash the cover in plant-based fragrance-free detergent. It's so nice that they offer this.

Very happy upon receipt of 100% natural organic latex, being such a clean, healthy, non-toxic product! Expert advice from company rep, Steve, proved perfect in my selection of foam density, thickness & cut dimensions to re-top a treatment table! Custom cuts were perfect! Patience & care from Steve to accommodate me & my project was commendable! Finished product after local upholsterer recovered (with healthier P.U. faux leather) is just what I desired & envisioned for my renovated wellness space in my home!
