I ordered foam samples in preparation for ordering a couple of mattresses during the Black Friday sale a couple of weeks later. The samples did not arrive, so I requested a raincheck until receiving the samples. My request was refused. When I asked for the tracking number, I was told they were sent with stamps, so there was no tracking information. I never got the samples, and I'm no longer interested in ordering from a company with this kind of customer service.

Foam appears to be good quality. Ordered 3 seat and 3 back cushions for a sofa. However, none of the cushions were cut to correct size. And, unfortunately they were not all cut to the same incorrect size, but varied with each individual cushion. Most pronounced with depth of seat cushions. See photo taken 14 days after cushions removed from shrink wrap. Depth should have been 22.5 inches on the seat cushions (they were cut between 22 inches and 23.5 inches). Width of all seat and back cushions was supposed to be 23 inches, but they were cut between 22 and 22.5 inches. I had to recut the cushions myself to get them to be congruent and then added extra Dacron wrap in attempt to make up for the width being short. Overall, extremely disappointed.

I was looking for some firm foam for a more formal couch cushion. I didn’t want to sink into these cushion, but also wanted a comfortable give. I bought 4” of this ultra firm foam and glued 2” of a medium density foam on top. The combination turned out perfectly. Comfort and structure in one cushion. The glue that I bought worked perfect, but didn’t go as far as I needed, so I had to resort to a 3M all purpose glue that said it worked on foam… it didn’t. The Pro-Tack glue was amazing.

I preferred and paid for 6 fabric swatches. I only received 4 of them. There was no indication on the package shipping info that anything was back ordered… I left a voice message and an email. No response.

Sofa cushion had a very weird cut to it. I sent a paper pattern and the company got it exactly right. The ONLY thing that wasn't quite right was thickness of batting (my bad) and that it didn't cover end of T-cushion (which I didn't know it did till I peeled it out. But I could use the old batting and so it went fine. Amazing how small the box was! I will use them again.
