I was about to give up on my cushions on the couch. The couch was pretty pricey and I hated to change it. The pillows were originally overstuffed with course feathers (stuck in my back) and very heavy. I then opted to get plain foam in them--big mistake. I was happy to discover this company which gave me total options as to replacing the pillow insert for my cushions. I ordered one for a test and it came out perfect. The fit was right on and the density pretty much what I wanted. I have ordered two more for the other cushions. Also, I called with questions at the beginning and the staff were so kind and helpful. Really impressed with them! Nice to have a place with so many options.

My newly slip-covered sofa and love seat were crying out for new big supportive back cushions. I fortunately picked Foam Order and got top-notch quality inserts. They took a bit longer to receive than was indicated but it was definitely worth the wait.

The shredded foam worked perfectly for a dog bed, the muslin and ticking were very high quality and worked well for lining. I think muslin by itself would have been adequate for the interior ‘mattress’ but I neglected to buy from a wider bolt and used the ticking for the top and bottom of the interior, muslin for the sides and inner baffles. Natural latex is far superior to poly foam, this bed is comfortable enough for me to sleep on and it’s heavy enough that the dog won’t shift it around too much.

Totally rectangular instead of oval which is what I thought I ordered but I made it work in the antique lace pillowcase cover. Phewww.
