Web page was very easy to use. Their directions were spot on. Cushions came packaged as advertised. Took 3-4 days for them to expand back to normal, and then stuffed them in their new home.

This was the first time I've ordered from foamorder.com. Website was very informative and I liked the ordering process. I called them when the I didn't hear from them about shipping, about 2 weeks later. They told me that the foam I ordered was not available (supply chain), but they had already noticed and upgraded me several levels. That order shipped quickly and arrived on time!

Ordered 2 custom-made covers for my deck chaise chairs. Great, sturdy fabric; dimensions are perfect; zipper positioned as requested making them easy to remove and wash. Received my order in about 2 weeks rather than the 6-8 expected delivery timeframe. The covers were a bit pricey … but they are a perfect fit and will last a lot longer than the covers that came with the cushions!

My client asked to use Neoprene for their Gaming Table build. We at Urban Mill Woodworks have only used speedcloth for gaming tables prior to this build and after some research and discussion with the client, decided upon ordering the Dark Gray Neoprene from Foam Order. It arrived in several days, much faster than I was expecting! It was applied extremely easily with spray adhesive and tacked underneath the sub-base. It is a perfect gaming surface and the client is ecstatic with the surface and the complete Gaming Table!!
