We ordered new inserts for our too soft cushions l. We decided on “firm” foam with wrap (note: not “very firm”). The package came within 15 days and while it did help to have two people put the foam in the slip covers, everything was completed in an hour of the package arrival. Our guests can now easily stand up from the couch. Great web site, helpful Utube, and accommodating service. We were gone on vacation and they called to make sure it was okay to send - four days later the package arrived in perfect condition.

Our T shaped couch cushion was chewed up by our wonderful but sometimes mischievous dog. We took the measurements as directed by the website and order a T-Shaped couch cushion. Received the product a week or two later and it fit perfect inside the existing cushion sleeve. Very comfortable and looks like new. Thx.

Before ordering new extra firm cushions my couch was a trap. The cushions had lost all firmness and had become a sinking trap making leaving the couch an exercise in futility. My husband loves to lay on the couch for TV but he couldn’t get off the couch unless he rolled off onto the floor. I am now the smartest of wives!
