We ordered five cushions for a bench seating element. The order was placed in-store (Marin, CA), and an automated order receipt was emailed with the cushion dimensions, quantities, and recommended fabric quantities. This receipt is extremely difficult to decipher and resulted in us ordering nearly double the amount of fabric as was required. Then the order was delayed for over TWO MONTHS. The company repeatedly failed to provide updates on the order, and we had to call once a week to hear repeatedly that there was no update or reason for the delay. When the cushions were finally delivered, they were lumpy, the covers didn't fit snugly, and they were 1" thicker than expected. The company clarified that the width was actually measured at the cushion edge, which was correct, but until that point had failed to notify us that they would be significantly thicker at the center. This resulted in a poorly fitting product in the bench. The only offering of remediation the company gave to us was for free delivery instead of in-store pickup. I would recommend against using FoamOrder due to lead times, quality issues and extremely poor communication.

I received my custom order and the foam cut was too small. Though the foam had been laid out for nearly a week the order was clearly 3inches short from what was ordered. The company refused to refund me, I had to pay for return shipping and charged a restocking fee then given store credit. Would not recommend this company unless you want a poorly done job that you pay a lot of money for.

I purchased 1 Roll of Blackout Fabric. approximately 50 yards. I did not purchase by the yard. Since this fabric is on clearance, I paid as much for shipping as I was paying for the roll of fabric. I received a BOX of fabric, it did NOT come on the ROLL. This fabric, at this yardage is extremely heavy. That is the primary reason i purchased the whole roll instead of the exact yardage I needed. I figured it would be easier to handle on the roll. So now.I have a huge box of folded fabric and no way to easily use it. I was going to purchase this a few months ago. I spoke to customer service and he told me what to expect. On the website it states if a clearance item is no longer available, the company will contact you. I was not contacted. The only communication I received was a link to leave a review.

Thank you thank you thank you! You hit it out of the park! (Especially for an odd shaped cushion; your measuring directions were easy to follow) I am super pleased with my replacement order for a West Elm chair. I took a risk and picked the firmest cushion (and it is definitely firm) but I know that it will last.
