I requested a two foam rectangular cushion sat a particular width. It was approximately 40”. They sent two cushions that were both 3” shorter and 1” narrow than I requested. Return policy said contact with in 5 days, I did. I was told to send pictures on a specific date to allow foam to expand and did so. I was then told I only had 5 days and they didn’t give refunds. Not a good company at all!

My bench seat was very large, and I was concerned about finding a one-piece cushion. Foam Order was fantastic to work with, and their website made ordering a cushion easy. I ordered a 5" organic latex with a down wrap and a muslin cover. The muslin cover was not necessary since the down wrap envelopes the latex cushion, and I had also ordered a linen cover for the whole thing. As you can see, it turned out beautifully. I have not received my linen cover yet, but I expect the quality to be excellent, as is the cushion.

Appreciate the ability to order custom-made pillow sizes. This purchase was for lumbar pillow fillers, but am seeking to re-stuff my loveseat pillows. Sought out this company for its use of more natural material!

I read previously to ordering, "Note that due to manufacturing variances, sheets can be as small as 50 in wide and 80 in long.", and it ended up being 49" wide, which is too small for my use.
