Actually provided my own fabric because of COVID-caused supply delays, so no review on Sunbrella fabric. LOVE finished project but the struggle with customer support is frustrating. Shepherd was great, but I think their process needs some improvement. I'm pretty sure no one likes being ignored. Took some effort to get updates & online order status iffy. Finally received & all is well.

The test is time. Ask for a REAL review in 24 months. Order time was long, but with material shortages, freight issues, pandemic issues all is good. Custom cuts were spot on. Cheers. -R Will not recommend until I know how it really ages, hence answer below.

The foam cushion was for a big chair that the original cushion had gone flat on. This new one is a lot firmer which is good. The fit was perfect and went into the old cover a whole lot easier than I thought it would.
