I ordered foam for a rocking chair seat that has springs. The original foam I purchased from a fabric store was not dense enough, and we could still feel the springs. I then followed the guidelines from foamorder and selected a denser foam. It is perfect!

Overall the foam is decent, but, there are long 'dents' in the foam face and since the height of the foam was made from 2 pieces of thinner foam (2" thick, made from 2 pieces of 1" thick foam) glued together, the corner on one of the 2 pieces is missing some foam, so there is an open area. I painted the pieces with rubberized paint (didn't want to upholster for boat cockpit cushions), so having to fill in the long dented areas is a bit of a hassle and the corner that is missing some foam, like the edge on one of the glued pieces was cut off, so the gap where the 2 pieces were glued needs filling. The paint worked great, so, the defects are still there, but, happy with the result overall.

I ordered several custom size cushions to replace the originals on our worn out sofa. The online assistance to help me measure what I needed was super helpful. The order was processed and turned around quickly. When the cushions arrived they fit perfectly. Can do better than that. These guys are great!

Was ordering the foam for some custom inserts I have been making for shipping. The quality was much higher than I was expecting. My only complaint is the minimum order size, but I completely understand why it is in place. Great value for dollar.
