The seat cushion on an otherwise servicable recliner was shot which made measuring for a replacement insert a challenge. After completing the very user friendly form, I still was nervous about th order. The CSR was quite helpful and verified I did everything correctly. The replacement arrived, and installation was done in no time. HINT - after letting the cushion relax, we encased it in a 30 gal plastic garbage bag which made fitting it inside the cover a snap, then removed the bag. We are enjoying the comfortable recliner again.

The bench cushion was 11 feet long and came in excellent condition and ready to use. I made a cover for it and it worked great. Very pleased.
