Left several phone messages regarding product inquiries but only the initial call was returned. Not impressed with time it took to restock inventory either. Eventual purchase of neoprene product itself served its purpose and seems satisfactory.

I ordered custom cut foam inserts to refresh my outdoor chaise lounge cushions. I was a little nervous about order on line and getting the right size and right type of foam but everything on the website was spot on accurate. The sizing tool was accurate and easy to use. Everything fits perfectly and the cushions are very comfortable.

We are happy with our two custom cut foam cushions. The replacements fit well inside the seat covers and provide the firm support we need. So glad we were able to save our chairs after the old seat cushions became uncomfortably soft.

Not exactly cut the way I wanted but that appears to be from a miscommunication on one cut (that wasn't done) and how the "bookend" dacron was wrapped. However once I made the needed cut the products fit into their covers. The foam itself was a big step up from the foam it replaced. I look forward to trying it out this summer.
