I ordered a replacement cushion for the chaise on my sofa. The cushion was delivered quickly and fit perfectly. I ordered the foam very firm based on the description, however, I found the cushion to be way too firm.

My second order and all is well. The foam is well wrapped and cut to my specifications. The one tiny issue was that some of the plastic wrapping around my foam might have been applied too early. The foam had glue applied to it to hold the fiber wrapping and I think it might have been still wet when it was shrink wrapped in the plastic film. This led to some tricky removal and I lost some of the fiber wrapping which, while not catastrophic, was not ideal. Still happy with the product though.

Ordered an expensive hide-a-bed from Wayfair, only to have it arrive with a "back cushion" filled with lumpy, loose fiberfill - literally, akin to household insulation! Lumpy, misshapen, INTOLERABLY UNCOMFORTABLE rendering the sofa virtually unusable... Researched extensively on the Internet, and the overwhelming substantiation led me to order with FoamOrder: Their support was prompt and informative, affirming my conjecture as to the ideal foam and wrap for my replacement cushion. Great pricing, arrived ahead of schedule, and - most importantly - FIT PERFECTLY, finally providing excellent comfort and appearance! I replaced 4 couch cushions rather than replacing the couch. Very happy with the result. These cushions were better quality than the original. Only thing i wish i had done was order one at a time, would have made it easier to put in and then release the vacuum pack.
