I only received one of the swatches that I ordered and paid for. The cushions were super hard. Returns are kind of a hassle, getting the supplies to send them back took way too long and we still have not gotten any verification that they actually received the items we sent back. Even though my husband was dealing with the return process, The email with the Shipping label was sent to me and had no information as to who or where it was coming from, just an attachment to open (why would I want to open that??) after figuring out where this was from we learned it only contained one label for two return boxes. It took another several days to get a response and another label. This is annoying and yet not surprising, this seems to be the norm almost everywhere lately.

I only chose a 1 Star because I had to choose something. I chose the firmness (or lack of) recommended and I wish I had bought a more firm cushion. These already have a sagging look to them when I get up after sitting for a bit. Also, the 'wrapping' is not smooth so the cushion looks lumpy. .

I needed to replace my sofa cushions and I ordered from foam. Very simple to order, easy directions. I measured it and selected the thickness and they got it right
