Fantastic in both product and customer service. The initial product was not the correct size, they were very courteous and fast to replace it. The neoprene makes for a wonderful gaming top on a standard table.

small tear upon arrival. Pattern does not line up correctly. I waited so long so I'm keeping it, but overall not a great product for the cost.

I had no idea how to get a replacement couch cushion and then I found their web site. The site was so easy to use; measuring was easy using their guidelines. I got my order pretty quickly. The cushion fit perfectly and I'm happy to have a whole couch again!

I love my new bench cushion. It’s great quality & looks fantastic. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and it’s 10” too short :( and because it’s a custom order, I’m stuck with it. So, now I’ve ordered another (with the correct length) and am on a mission to find a new outdoor bench with an 80” seat. My order did take about 1-2 weeks longer than expected, but we are in the middle of a pandemic so it’s understandable.
