Terrible communications with customer. Never could find out when my purchase would be finished. Finally decided to cancel the order. After cancelling suddenly I get a call (finally) that the mattress was ready for shipment. It took over 3 months for the order to be completed.

My fault. I ordered extra-firm. Overkill, since my present sofa was much too soft. In any event, I couldn't handle it for more than twenty minutes. Put it out with the trash. On that basis, I would not give a (starred) rating, but this (mechanical) site insists on one.

The chair in our livingroom set is only about 4 years old, but the seat cushion went flat. Uncomfortable and made the chair look old/worn. We followed the measurement instructions on the website and placed our order. Ordering was easy, arrived pretty quickly. Fits perfectly and is so comfortable! A wonderful, cost-effective way to extend the life of the chair.

I ordered the back cushions to include Sunbrella covers for outdoor chairs fabric replacement would match the seat cushion covers I already owned. They were perfect in every way. They replacements cushions look identical to the originals. I am delighted. Great work!
