I ordered specially cut cushions for some dining room chairs I was refurbishing. The seats had particular angles that needed to be cut and the cushions I received were perfect! Thank you for the great attention to detail. Will definitely order from this store again.

After waiting 3 months and paying over $420 for 2 simple bench cushions they arrived with one having incorrect dimensions (the foam would not fit into the cushion that was several inches short). The second cushion had white stitching that ran out of the seam and into the top of cushion. After WEEKS of complaining and begging for a response they finally agreed to remake at no charge. One month later the new covers arrive (the original foam was correct). One cover was correct, but the other did not include the piping that I paid for. I let it go and never said anything. I was just glad it was finally over. Fast forward one week and I get my credit card statement. They charged me for the second replacement covers that they said was free (in writing on email). Its been 5 business days and no response to my several emails and will not returning my phone messages. Im reporting fraudulent charge to credit card company and filing complliant with Consumer Federal Protection Bureau. Unbelievable.

I have a comfy chair that had lost support in the seat cushion. I had tried ordering foam replacement from another company years ago and it never arrived. I gave it another try with this company and I am so pleased! The foam is so sturdy and supportive. Fits great inside the seat cover! I am ready to replace my sofa cushions next!

I placed an order with foam order 4-3 custom-made down proof ticking covers for an existing sofa with three very non down proof ticking covers. The very day that I placed this order was the day that the World Health Organization came out and declared Covid a pandemic. Despite this sales rep return phone calls for me from his car as he was juggling multiple things in amongst the chaos. When I received my order Not everything was correct. After a few phone calls and emails foam order fixed everything completely with no extra charge to me. We all know how much chaos the past few months have been, and relatively speaking cushion covers are not a priority at this time. That said as a healthcare worker, I appreciate everything that form order has done to help make PPE for healthcare providers all over the country. And while they were doing all that they got me my custom down proof ticking covers. That's what I call Essential workers.

The cushion foam I ordered was exactly right, carefully packaged (ok, a lot of packaging to compress it), and exactly on time specified, even during the pandemic. I finished my reupholstering project and it looks great and is very comfortable. Thank you.

We have an old couch in great condition except for the cushions. After measuring twice, FoamOrder delivered exactly what we needed to bring new life into our couch and we could not be happier, and saved a lot of money and waste compared to buying a new couch.
