I could not sit on the sofa or chair without the cushions sliding out from under me. And sitting on them was actually painful! I had a choice of buying new furniture, getting both pieces totally redone or just replace the cushions cores. I opted for the latter. I was certain that the couch cushions would be fine as they were simple dacron wrapped squares, but the proof came with the custom T shaped chair cushion. Perfect fit. Some time ago I ordered 4 replacement cushions for my sofa. The sofa is over 20 years old, it's a sectional with a bazillion cushions, and the ones on the two corners get the most use and just wore out, which is to say they lost their ability to provide support. I'm quite happy that I got such good wear from the original cushions and wanted another 20 or better from the replacements. so I went the website and read up on the different products offered and without consulting anyone placed an order - that, of course was my mistake. The cushions arrived quickly. I had to cut them down a bit (so much for my measuring skills) and then, voila, I had new corner cushions. The problem, which presented itself quite quickly, was that the cushions were so hard that no one wanted to sit on them. Again, my fault for having myself as a consultant. I thought if I gave it some time then everyone would get used to them and all would be week. ah, no! Fast forward to a couple of months ago and I finally decide to correct my error and order new cushions, only this time I called and asked for help. The woman I spoke with spent so much time with me that I wanted to invite her over for Sunday dinner with the family. So knowledgeable and so willing to help - she amazed me. I got the cushions remeasured, picked a different filling, and then she gave me a discount for my trouble - now that's outrageous customer service. The cushions are in place and everyone loves them. Thanks, you good folks, thanks for taking good care of me.

I had never ordered foam replacements before so we strictly followed the instructions provided by Foamorder (which are great!) and yes, we measured twice. When our foam arrived, they were much larger than expected. I assumed either I had measured incorrectly or perhaps Foamorder made a mistake with cutting. I was wrong on both counts. Our cushion covers went on easily with just a bit of compression of the foam. The cushions are of great quality. We love them. It's like we have an entirely new couch just by replacing the foam in the three cushions. Great job Foamorder! Janis

I replaced my couch cushions and I'm so happy with the new foam. I ordered the firm foam since the couch is used a lot. Ordering was so easy, they show how to measure then order. Came very quick too!
