Website gives good descriptions of products. However, when navigating the site on my cell phone, there's an annoying chat window that pops up and makes it difficult to see the page. It would also be nice to see the turnaround time from order to ship date be a little quicker, but neither of these are enough to leave less than a 5 star review. I'll definitely be ordering again in the future, and would recommend that others do as well.

This cushion is used on a chair that gets extensive daily use. It replaced the factory cushion on an expensive piece of furniture that is now at least 15 years young! I found the info on the website regarding foam materials very informative, educational and helpful. The degree of usefulness of this info was such that I was able to make the right choice for a cushion to meet my needs. A point of consternation in dealing with Foamorder was its unwillingness/refusal to let me send it the cushion cover so the experts could determine the proper measurements of the cushion to be cut. It would have made the entire process both easier and quicker. Instead, my order was delayed due to confusion on the company's part over my submitted measurements. To resolve this confusion I was contacted by the company and asked to submit a trace pattern. I did, but having to do so delayed the completion of my order. The confusion and delay could have been eliminated had the company accepted my original suggestion of sending it the cushion cover. Two final points - 1) It was not at easy to get the cover on the new cushion. The cushion looked as though it was way too big and would never fit in the cover. In the end it did fit very well, bit I would be less than truthful if I did not acknowledge that it was a veritable struggle which took a bit of time to accomplish! 2) The cost of the cushion was not minimal. However, given that I use the chair every day for long periods of time, and intend to do so for years to come, the expense was more than justified.

The two foam cushions we ordered fit perfectly in the zip off/ in slip covers. We will really enjoy them this winter as my others bottomed out after sitting on them a while. If I need more foam I will be contacting you for sure. Thanks again, Janet
