I have a West Elm couch but hated the poly fill back cushion, it has not shape and there is this sensation of "bouncing back" when my back rests on it. I searched online to find a site that would replace the poly fill by a foam cushion but the prices were very expensive and I knew I could replace the filling myself but I needed to have it custom cut. I found "FoamOrder" and the reviews were good so I gave it a chance. I am very glad I did, I ordered EconoFlex Medium-Soft foam with DACRON WRAP. I took the cushion measures and added 1 inch to each side. I am happy with the results, the production / delivery time was about 2 to 3 weeks. I received both cushions in an air vacuumed package (do not use scissors or knife to open the box!). Once in the open, the foam fluffs back to regular shape. So the biggest part really is to take proper measurements (YouTube has few tutorials and it was worth watching). To demonstrate the difference, I attach a picture with the poly fill back rest on the left and the Foam Order on the right. I have had cushions for about a month now, so far they keep their shape, and the medium foam is very comfortable (and i don't slouch any more!). Very happy with my purchase!

We are moving and we’re thinking our living room furniture as not coming with us. We have had it forever, but it’s really well made. I ordered 1 seat cushion and once we get moved will order the rest. Ordering was simple, the video on measuring was really helpful. My cushion came quickly, fit great, and makes all the difference. Will definitely be ordering the remaining cushions as soon as we are in our new home.

I have my favorite spot on the couch, and after about 4 years, the cushion had become quite flat and uncomfortable. The fabric is still in reasonably good shape, so I ordered a DuraFlex D40 Medium-Firm foam cushion replacement. The replacement foam cushion is a perfect fit, and fairly comfortable. I think it may be a touch too firm for me, as I don't sink in as much. All in all, the DuraFlex foam is a really good seat cushion replacement foam.
