We needed to replace the foam in the seat cushions of a sofa we have in a vacation rental home. We took our cushions to a local upholstery shop but they couldn't get to us for over 6 weeks. I took his measurements and went on line and found this great company. I ordered them and had the foam on the day promised. We installed the foam and it's great, gave new life to a good sofa. I would highly recommend this company for your foam needs.

Purchased 2 custom cut foam for couch cushions. I called and talked with Customer Service. The service rep offered information about types of foam, measurements etc. The cushions arrived and fit my cushion covers exactly. I think FoamOrder did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with all aspects of my order.

Our original seat cushions were a thin layer of cheap foam surrounding a bunch of paper-wrapped springs that shifted over time to make the seat extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Following the guide from Foam Order, we selected firm Ever-Flex foam that was 1/2 inch thicker than our seat cover seams. We also added a Dacron book wrap. The foam fit in perfectly, and now we have seat cushions that are firmer, more comfortable, and much more durable than the original.

This is our second time ordering from FOAM ORDER. We were so pleased with our last order, that we decided to order an extra piece for future use. Customer service is excellent. Our original down envelopes busted & we had to trash them. I procrastinated on ordering new ones because I was afraid my measurements wouldn’t be perfect. After waiting 2 years, I impulsively ordered new ones & I can’t believe that we let our couch look so saggy for such a long time! The envelopes are a perfect fit & completely restored our couch.
