I followed the instructions in order to replace a foam cushion on an antique chair from my parents. The middle of the cushion was hopelessly sagging. After following the online instructions I had a very helpful phone call with a representative who pointed me in the right direction based on her understanding of my needs. I mailed in the cutout and received the cushion. It is perfect, I now sit with complete comfort on a cushion that supports me in exactly the way that I wish. Thank you.

Two of my couch cushions with pocket springs got bent and made the couch very uncomfortable to sit on and also not very pleasing to look at. After some research, I decided to replace the pocket spring foam with standard foam. I was a little nervous about getting the measurements right, but I watched the video and measured multiple times. The replacement foam arrived and fit perfectly, bringing my couch back to life!

The cushion was supposed to be filled with foam and down...not sure what happened to the down because when you sit on the cushion it feels very hard. I don’t mind being charged for what I asked for.

Ordered a custom size foam for a window bench. The width was exact for the length was 2 inches short. I let it sit for a week Hopi g it was just shorter due to packaging and when stretch out but it didn’t. I also ordered the Dacron cover however it was not wrapped on the ends Or back. The foam seems to be good quality just really disappointed about a custom piece that was so much shorter than ordered.
