Since I was not in the market to purchase new furniture and my couch and chair fabric was in good condition, replacement cushions were a consideration. Foamorder’s directions for measurement were easy to follow, the price was fair, and turn around time reasonable. I'm happy with the product itself with the exception that I wished that the Dacron was as thick as the Dacron in my original foam cushion. I'm extremely unhappy with being lead to believe that I would only pay $12.50 for shipping using the "$12.50" shipping code. Although there's a link saying that their is an additional "handling" fee, I did not expect the total shipping cost to double the entire shipping fee. $25.00!!!! Your "coupon code" promotion is a scam!! I'm never buying from your company again!!

We ordered two new foam cushions for our leather couch. The cushions are great and have renewed our leather sofa. We are happy with the cushions and will order two more for another sofa. The website was a great source of information and provided good detail. My only complaint is the customer service line. They were not helpful at all. I called twice and both times the customer service person was inept or unable to answer my very basic questions. But, it all turned out well and we are pleased with our cushions.
