I ordered a small wedge piece of foam. I followed the online instructions to the letter. Including the part to buy a cover with a zipper but when my order showed up, it didn’t have the cover. I paid a little over 120$ for a 10”x15”x2” piece of foam. So I called and ask where my cover was, the young man who answered said the computer didn’t “say” I ordered it. Ok, first he was having trouble with his computer. He told me it was having problems and couldn’t tell anything else. So why would you rely on the computer to “tell”you anything. Second, what purpose would I have to order a custom piece of foam online without a cover for 120+ dollars. Doesn’t make any sense. Lastly this young man said he wasn’t going to get his manager or help me in any way. I would never buy from this place, it’s a rip-off.

I had a window seat in dire need of a cushion. I looked into making it myself and saw what was entailed. Then I found foarmorder. It was a no brainer after that. The directions were easy. The phone folks were very helpful when I called to just confirm what I needed to do. I mailed in the fabric and before I knew it the cushion arrived at my door. It fit beautifully and really makes the room complete.
